Listing and exchange rules
Version 2026-10-02.1The author is responsible for the listing. Its information and media are not an expert assessment or guarantee by Proximoun. Sellers state whether they are professionals or private individuals and provide legally required information.
Before offering, buying or paying, check the item, condition, total price, delivery arrangements, seller identity and applicable guarantees. Rights differ for professional and private sellers; these rules do not waive legal rights.
Misleading listings, counterfeits, prohibited items, dangerous content and rights violations are prohibited. Report the specific content without publishing private information or settling disputes through public attacks.
An offer, acceptance or payment may have contractual consequences between parties. Review the summary before confirming. Browsing remains free and does not create a purchase.
Purpose
These terms govern use of Classifieds, content posting, credits, commissions, auctions, moderation and any payment services.
Free period and commercial activation
In free mode, Proximoun does not charge for its features and wallet payments are disabled. Professional quotes and service prices remain separate. When Super Admin enables commercial mode, configured prices and subscriptions apply to new operations, with information before commitment. Use during the free period is not charged retroactively.
Accounts and security
Users are responsible for the accuracy of information provided and confidentiality of authentication credentials. Proximoun may suspend access in cases of fraud, security risk or violation of applicable rules.
Third-party services and payments
Payments and external connections may be operated by specialist providers subject to their own terms. Proximoun does not expose technical secrets for those services to users.
Content and moderation
Illegal, misleading, dangerous content or content infringing third-party rights may be rejected, hidden or removed. Listing and forum rules may supplement these terms.
