Intermediation terms

Proximoun provides tools for connecting, publishing and communicating. Sales or service contracts are between the parties identified in the offer or quote. Proximoun’s own paid services have separate terms and prices.

Proximoun does not carry out works or provide project management, technical inspection or expert assessment. Email verification or document review does not certify business competence, product quality, a member’s solvency or project compliance.

Members provide accurate information and respect others’ rights and the rules of their activity. Before agreeing, parties check the quote, counterparty identity, applicable qualifications and insurance, payment terms and guarantees.

The platform remains bound by its own legal obligations. No clause removes mandatory consumer rights, remedies, data protection duties or obligations concerning illegal content.

Reports are reviewed by authorized administrators. A reasoned decision may restrict content or an account; the affected member can request a review. A report is not proof of wrongdoing or a court decision.

Accepting these terms is separate from the privacy notice and optional marketing permissions. Viewing a page is not marketing consent.

Listing and exchange rules

The author is responsible for the listing. Its information and media are not an expert assessment or guarantee by Proximoun. Sellers state whether they are professionals or private individuals and provide legally required information.

Before offering, buying or paying, check the item, condition, total price, delivery arrangements, seller identity and applicable guarantees. Rights differ for professional and private sellers; these rules do not waive legal rights.

Misleading listings, counterfeits, prohibited items, dangerous content and rights violations are prohibited. Report the specific content without publishing private information or settling disputes through public attacks.

An offer, acceptance or payment may have contractual consequences between parties. Review the summary before confirming. Browsing remains free and does not create a purchase.

Forum charter

Keep discussions respectful and factual. Harassment, threats, discrimination, insults, defamation, impersonation, fraud and disclosure of private information are prohibited.

Opinions and advice come from their authors and are not endorsements by Proximoun, technical assessments or personalized professional advice. Dangerous situations require a qualified professional or emergency services.

Only publish text and media you are entitled to share. Do not disclose private contact details, identity documents, faces or third-party information without a legitimate basis. Use private reporting for disputes.

Automated tools may flag content for review. Administrators may restrict content with a reason and a review process. A good-faith criticism alone does not justify a sanction.

Project tracking rules

Project tracking is a shared record between customer and provider. Proximoun is not a project manager, technical controller or inspector; uploaded photos, progress percentages and statuses are not an on-site inspection.

Before approving a milestone, examine the evidence and record any reservations. Approval records your decision; it is not a platform assessment, a general waiver of legal guarantees or acceptance of the works by Proximoun.

Financial effects of each approval must be shown before confirmation. Professional guarantees, insurance, deadlines and responsibilities still apply. Reporting a dispute does not automatically trigger technical arbitration, refunds or release of funds.

Share only necessary documents and avoid unnecessary sensitive data. Private records remain accessible to authorized participants; reporting shares necessary context with administrators for review.
