Terms of sale and subscription

Purpose

These terms govern subscriptions, credits and commercial services offered by Proximoun, subject to specific terms shown at purchase.

Free period and commercial activation

In free mode, Proximoun does not charge for its features and wallet payments are disabled. Professional quotes and service prices remain separate. When Super Admin enables commercial mode, configured prices and subscriptions apply to new operations, with information before commitment. Use during the free period is not charged retroactively.

Accounts and security

Users are responsible for the accuracy of information provided and confidentiality of authentication credentials. Proximoun may suspend access in cases of fraud, security risk or violation of applicable rules.

Price, order and payment

Before any subscription or order, the applicable total price, essential service characteristics, duration or billing period, any fees and payment terms must be displayed clearly. The summary shown before confirmation provides the specific information applicable to the order.

Performance, cancellation and withdrawal

Performance dates or timeframes, cancellation conditions and, where a withdrawal right applies, its terms and any exceptions are shown before the contract is concluded. No exception to the withdrawal right is assumed: it must correspond to a case provided by law and be presented before commitment.

Complaints and mediation

Complaint contact details and the competent consumer mediator must be completed in legal settings before commercial launch to consumers.

Third-party services and payments

Payments and external connections may be operated by specialist providers subject to their own terms. Proximoun does not expose technical secrets for those services to users.

Content and moderation

Illegal, misleading, dangerous content or content infringing third-party rights may be rejected, hidden or removed. Listing and forum rules may supplement these terms.
