PROXIMOUN · PANDORA HOLDING

Privacy policy

Regulatory working version for the Proximoun platform.

Data controller

PANDORA HOLDING is the controller for processing performed by Proximoun as part of operating the platform.

Data and purposes

Depending on the services used, Proximoun may process account data, contact details, professional profiles, listings, media, messages, requests, quotes, projects, payments, technical logs, preferences and consents.

Google sign-in

If you choose Google, Proximoun receives your Google identifier, verified email address and profile name to create or find your account. Requested permissions are openid, email and profile. No access to Gmail, Drive or your contacts is requested. Your email and contact details are not displayed on the forum. Signing in does not constitute acceptance of Proximoun terms or marketing consent: these choices are presented separately.

Hosting and data location

Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Amazon EC2
Serveur : région US East (N. Virginia), us-east-1, États-Unis — hors de l’Espace économique européen.

The hosting information above identifies the provider and server location used for this version of Proximoun. You may contact the controller for details about hosting and safeguards applicable to data transfers outside the European Economic Area.

Legal bases

Processing relies, depending on the case, on contract or pre-contractual steps requested by the user, consent, legal obligations or legitimate interests in securing and operating the platform.

Sharing with professionals

Private customer contact details are not published. When the customer requests a quote, accepts a connection or starts a project, only the information needed to prepare and carry out that request may be shared with the professional involved.

Retention periods

Account data is kept only as long as necessary for the service and is reviewed after prolonged inactivity. Data used for marketing is separated from data required to provide the service and follows a specific retention period. Data that must be kept due to legal obligations is archived separately with restricted access.

Marketing preferences are optional and can be withdrawn at any time from the account or through a GDPR request.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to certain processing and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL.

Reports and acceptance records

Report processing protects members and enables review of reported content. Authorized administrators access the reason, necessary context and reporter contact details; these are not displayed to the reported member. Decisions, review requests and terms acceptance are timestamped. Accepted text and version are retained to establish rights and obligations. This processing is not marketing consent.

Contextual advertising and sharing

Approved internal ads use the public section and selected territory or category filters. This module loads no third-party script, measures no clicks and stores no individual advertising identifier. Its aggregate counters represent responses sent by the server, not actual views. Any future advertising trackers or individual frequency caps must respect applicable consent: contextual advertising does not exempt them. Refusing marketing does not block site access.

Optional location

After signing in, you can request device location to adapt searches. Browser permission is required. Position determines the territory and, where available, department or nearby search; only these territorial preferences are saved to your account. Precise position is not published or used for advertising profiling. Change the territory or reset to All territories at any time. Address resolution may transmit coordinates to the configured address search provider.

Sharing covers available public content only. Deliberately opening a social network passes your chosen link to that network, which applies its own rules and preferences. Proximoun does not receive your social password or publish automatically to your accounts. Shared previews may remain in external platform caches after content removal.
